Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse with 24hr tracked shipping. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched same-day.
Are your peptides independently tested?
Yes. Our peptides are sourced from a renowned manufacturer in Hong Kong who conduct third-party testing on every batch before it leaves their facility.
In addition, we publish independent Janoshik test results across select batches, updated regularly. This dual-layer verification means every product meets our ≥99% purity standard before it reaches you.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes — we ship across Europe with a maximum of 4 vials per package. Larger orders can be split across multiple shipments where required. UK orders have no quantity limit and ship 24hr tracked as standard.
How is purity verified?
Every batch is verified by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) at the manufacturing stage, with documentation supplied for each production run. Selected batches are then sent to Janoshik Analytical — the leading independent peptide testing laboratory — for additional verification.
Janoshik COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are published openly across our range as they're completed.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilised (powder) peptides should be stored cool, dry, and away from direct light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the recommended timeframe.
Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain peptide integrity.
Do you supply bacteriostatic water and syringes?
We supply sterile bacteriostatic water in 3ml and 10ml vials, available separately on our shop. Syringes are not currently supplied — researchers should source these through their standard laboratory supplier.
